About me
Hi there. My name is Stuart. I hail from Adelaide, a quaint little capital city in Australia.
I have many interests, primarily sports and music. Sports wise I follow and play Australian Rules Football. The team which I follow is the Adelaide Crows.
My other interests are triathlon, swimming, cricket, tennis and most other sports. I also enjoy music with some of my favourite artists being U2, Pearl Jam, The Lemonheads, James,
Urge Overkill etc etc.
I am currently studying a marketing degree at University and will finish this in November. I work for Telstra, Australia's largest telecommunications provider, in the marketing department.
Other than that I am interested in everything so drop me a line.
PS - I love Tv

What I'm interested in:
- Australian Rules Football
A great game invented by the early settler/miners on the goldfields of Australia. A cross between gealic football and rugby it truly is one of the great sporting spectacles.
The game is played accross the whole country with the premier league being the AFL (Australian Football League). The AFL consits of 16 teams all who aim to make the top 8 by the end
of the season. From the top 8 there is a series of finals played until on the last Saturday in September the Premier emerges.
A team consists of 21 players, 18 on the fieldand 3 interchange, which can be brought on and off the field as often as liked. Some of the highlights of the game are the great goals, high flying marks
(thats what it's called when they catch the ball) and the oval shaped ball. There are two goal posts and two point posts which look lik this - i I I i - if you kick the ball between the two big posts you score 6 points
If you kick it between a big and a small post you score 1 point. If you hit a big post you get one point, if you hit a little post on the full the opposition gets the ball, if it is touched or bounces first it is a boundry throw in.
Well as you can see the game is pretty complex, if you would like to know more drop me an e-mail. GO CROWS
- Triathlon
One of the truly great tests of human spirit. The triathlon consists of an three individual legs, a swim, ride and run. The competitor must compete all three legs on their own and in the fastest time possible to win a race.
There are many different levels of triathlon, ranging from a mini - 100m swim, 9km ride & 2km run - right up to a double iron man - 7.6km swim, 360km bike ride & 84km run. Australia produces some of the best triathletes in the worl, including Greg Welch and Brad Bevan.
This sport is great fun and a true test of character. If you ever get the chance by all means have a go! You will feel a real sense of achievement regardless of what distances you cover- the aim is to just compete & complete.
- TV
I couldn't miss out this pass time. One of my Fave's.
I love the TV some favourite shows include - The Simpsons, Party of Five and Soap.
